Política de cancelación

Before shipment

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting info@navartbcn.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

“CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line;
the order number;
the customer’s name;
the email address used to place the order.

Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed as orders may be processed quickly. Navartbcn will check the status of the order and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

If cancellation is possible and payment has already been collected, Navartbcn will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, where possible.

After shipment

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier or courier service, cancellation may no longer be viable.

However, customers may exercise their legal right of withdrawal or avail themselves of the commercial returns policy (where applicable), as described in the Refund and Returns Policy.
